Science Communication
I help experts translate meaning to everyday people.
Clear and engaging stories.
That's how research wins investment. How scientific data entertains on television. It's how we make sense of the world.
A whiteboard, a group of stakeholders, and curiosity. It's a fun afternoon. We work and rework ideas. In the end? A concise story. An explanation. Clarity that engages and gets to the heart of it.
Partnering with Fortune 500 innovators, we explain products and services. My voice and original cartoons have explained the economy on national TV news. We lit up science documentaries with vivid words and graphics. I've coached MFA student thesis films toward clear and compelling narratives.
NYU, Parsons School of Design, and the School of Visual Arts—all great MFA programs—where I loved teaching storytelling and animation. Science communication work for PBS and Discovery Channel opened the door to network news, where I created graphic explainers for ABC and CBS. That work honed my knack for finding the clarity, and soon I was reporting on‑camera for CBS News Sunday Morning, sketching real‑time cartoons that unpacked technology, finance, and science. In the end, it all lead to one thing: clear non-fiction storytelling.
Find the meaning.
Engage. Clarify. Deliver.
